Website & Services

Gnejna Watersports provides watersport activities, boat trips, equipment hire, and related services through our website and operations at Ġnejna Bay, Malta.

All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety regulations.

Cancellation & Re-Booking Policy

Bookings may be changed or re-booked provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions & Safety

Safety is our main priority.

Gnejna Watersports reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or stop any activity due to:

  • Bad weather,
  • Rough sea conditions,
  • Strong winds,
  • Technical issues,
  • Or any situation considered unsafe.

In such cases, customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to re-book for another available date.

Right to Refuse Service

The Owner and staff reserve the right to refuse participation or cancel any booking if a customer:

  • Does not follow instructions,
  • Behaves dangerously or irresponsibly,
  • Appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
  • Or creates a risk to themselves, staff, or others.

No refund may be issued if an activity is cancelled due to unsafe behaviour or failure to obey safety instructions.

Participant Responsibility

All participants join activities entirely at their own risk and are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by staff.

Customers must inform us before the activity of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect participation.

Payments

We accept secure online payments through Trust Payments Secure Notice.

All payment transactions are processed securely using encrypted systems.

Personal Belongings

Ġnejna Watersports is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during activities or while using our services.

Liability

Participation in watersport activities involves inherent risks. By participating, customers acknowledge and accept these risks.

Ġnejna Watersports and Godwin Vassallo shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, delays, weather disruptions, or damages unless required by applicable law.

Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. Any translated versions are provided only for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
